i help busy soccer fans feel stronger and more flexible, stress less, and crush their goals… all through the power of yoga, meditation, and mindset work.

I have worked in pro sports as a reporter, on-camera host, editor, and content creator since 2014, when I began covering the World Cup and soccer for the now-defunct national cable TV network, Fusion.

In 2015, I went on to become a senior editor, presenter, and social media host at Major League Soccer.

In 2018, I joined Manchester City Football Club to run their digital and social presence in North America, where I still work — a wild ride that’s included multiple countries and many trophy lifts!

In short: I’ve been at a lot of top-flight training sessions, in locker rooms, on tours, and observed the most elite training regimens of champions, up close and personally.

They all do mobility work and yoga, and work on mindset and meditation.
