I do not believe in diet culture, or self-punishment, but I also do not deal with whining, complaining, or time-wasting.
I DO NOT offer generic Zoom yoga classes with no focus, no commitment, or without a sense of expectation that you'll be there to support your community.
I DO help open-minded, kind, and curious citizens of the world feel their best physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
