Join the Halftime spring into strenght challenge 2023.

dedicate 15 minutes to each of 11 sessions, building bodyweight strength and focus through the principles of yoga.

no equipment.

just you, your mat, your grit, your commitment to yourself … and a community of other mvps to have your back.

the halftime yoga spring into strength 2023 challenge:

11, 15-minute live classes across three weeks (with recordings if you can’t make it live)

here’s how it works, and how you can join to meet other footie fans, feel better, and win cool stuff!

We’ll meet three to four times a week for a 15-minute, beginner- and open-ability session focused on YOGA-INSPIRED BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH, for endurance, power, and CONFIDENCE!

Each session will focus on a different area, and we’ll hit all the big strength movements — squatting, pressing, pulling, hip-hinging… all through the POWER OF YOGA, CALISTHENICS, AND PILATES!

(Absolutely no HIIT or JUMPING OR BURPEES — I HATE ALL THAT TOO!)

(Upon registration, you’ll get a welcome e-mail with a calendar invitation to sync all sessions to your calendar with a recurring zoom link.)

During the session, I’ll reveal a random player name. You’ll then track your session on the challenge leaderboard in the Halftime Yoga web app, and include the player name in your tracker notes to log attendance.

If you can’t make it to a session live, no fear! You’ll get access to a recording in the web app, and once you finish the session, log it in the tracker as above.

Registration is open through Sunday, April 16, and you’ll have until midnight EST on the night of April 30, 2023, to finish logging any make-up sessions.


This is for every body – so if you’re a total beginner, BREATHE EASY. You’ll get options to adapt the practice for your needs, and a supportive community cheering each other on.
